    Pre-Natal Yoga

    • Designed specifically for expectant mothers
    • Sequences, poses, asanas all focused on enhancing student's core and lower body endurance and flexibility
    • Low to moderate intensity

    Post-Partum Recovery

    • Designed for ladies to help with recovering from the stress of giving birth
    • Focuses on relaxing and stretching lower body, pelvic area and over all muscular system
    • Low intensity slowly building up to moderate intensity

    Special Focus Lessons

    • A range of different sets of sequences designed to strengthen and alleviate problems arising from poor postures in daily lives.
    • Areas affected in most people may include, neck muscles from prolonged usage of mobile devices, waist and back muscles from prolonged sitting due to sedentary work habits, knees and ankles from overuse of daily sporting activities.
